****Job Description:******Scope of Position:**Responsible and accountable to manage end-to-end Protégé Program of Airbus Malaysia, from sourcing, selecting, monitoring, training and exiting. Administer program effectiveness and participants’ performance/discipline. Be the interface to PROTEGE Secretariat of the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD) for all PROTEGE matters.
