Your new role

In this role as a Profin premium processing technician, you will act as the primary point of contact for your line of business. You will manage urgent requests and escalations, oversee workflows to ensure service level agreements are met, and liaise closely with broking teams and credit control. You will review ledgers to resolve legacy issues, monitor ie to meet forecast targets, and support audits and insurer escalations. A key part of your role will be driving improvements in slip production and ensuringplex or high-value clients receive exceptional service.
