Job Purpose

To take a senior leadership role in clinical trials within the University of Glasgow based in the University of Glasgow’s Centre for Excellence in Trials Collaboration (CETC) in partnership with the Glasgow Clinical Trials Units (CTUs). Main Duties and Responsibilities 1. Undertake a lead strategic role in the development of CETC’s reputation as a centre of excellence in clinical trial methodology in partnership with the Glasgow CTU’s.2. Provide CETC leadership in relation to research and publication in order to enhance the quality of the University’s international clinical trial and related methodology profile, including research into trial methodology of the highest quality and maintaining a consistent high-level output of publications and presentations of world-class quality.3.
