Responsibilities

• Evaluate and propose cutting‑edge technological acquisition opportunities for the machining, sheet metal, composite, and assembly sectors.
• Define the strategy for carrying out projects, including content, scope, resources, deadlines, costs, risks, quality management, communications, and training.
• Manage the activities of the development project phases: feasibility study, project mandate and business plan, acquisition, implementation, and production start‑up.
• Manage budget, schedule, and resources across all phases.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management at various levels.
• Coordinate resources and act as the interface across matrix services.
• Manage client expectations and change requests within projects.
• Develop risk management and mitigation plans.
• Participate in problem‑solving and recovery plans to meet key deliverables.
