Thompson Engineering has a full-time opportunity for a Professional Land Surveyor. The Professional Land Surveyor performs a variety of duties associated with land surveying, civil engineering and marine engineering. This position provides guidance and direction to survey crews, preparation of survey documents and represents the company to all regulatory agencies. Preferred candidates must be able to travel to support the needs of the Survey department.

Duties:


+ Performs a variety of office and field tasks associated with land surveying, civil engineering and marine engineering projects obtained by the company.

+ Prepares proposals and contracts for land surveying.

+ Consults with clients.
