Job Description
- To take over products after NPI and support engineering activities during mass production
- To maintain BOM accuracy and support ECN implementation
- To monitor product performance and process stability during mass production
- To support production issues related to plastic injection molding and product quality
- To analyze recurring production or quality issues and propose preventive actions
- To coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams and customers
- To support continuous improvement activities such as quality improvement, cost reduction, etc.
- To support customer audits and maintain related product documentation
- Other tasks as assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Plastics, Materials, or related field.
