• Perform clerical and administrative duties, supporting the day-to-day operations, including answering phones, sorting mail, scheduling meetings, and managing documents.
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing or production settings is an advantage.
• Can multi-task and finish deadlines in a timely manner
• Amenable to doing administrative/clerical tasks.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Willing to be assigned in a manufacturing work environment
