**Job Summary**

Oversee end-to-end management of industrial refrigerant dryer and filter assembly orders, including production planning, scheduling coordination, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure on-time order delivery.

Build up and standardize the manufacturing (Assembly) process. Provide technical support on daily production operation, solving the problem regarding Assembly process and related quality issues. Implement lean transformation and continuously improve production efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Organise production team and on-site management in the assembly workshop, optimize allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient execution of production plans.
