**The Position**
As we expand our production and prototyping capacity, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join the Alva team as Production Technicians. This role is part of our Engineering team but has a strong emphasis on hands-on manufacturing. You will work directly with our patented production machinery and processes to support low-volume customer orders, while collaborating closely with engineers to develop, prototype, and refine production techniques.
At our Trondheim headquarters, we design and manufacture groundbreaking electric motor technology entirely in-house. This process requires a diverse range of skills and production methods to transform copper wire and magnets into the world's highest-performing slotless electric motors.
