**Production Worker - Finish Assistant (3rd Shift)**

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Finishing Department as a Finish Assistant. In this vital role, you will ensure finished bags and pouches meet our quality standards and are properly packed for shipment. You will support the finishing operations, conduct quality checks, package product, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform quality checks on finished materials during production
+ Pack completed bags and pouches into shipping boxes
+ Assemble boxes and apply informational/inventory labels
+ Move finished materials to the packing area
