Production Worker

Massillon Mancan is assisting a local food manufacturing facility fill their location with production workers. As a Production Worker in our food manufacturing plant, you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of high-quality food products. Your dedication and commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and hygienic production environment will contribute to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Must have open availability and be able to work swing shifts. The starting payrate is $15 an hour.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
