As a Production Technician, you will operate centerless grinders, cut‑off machines, and other metal‑processing equipment. You will set up, adjust, and maintain grinding machinery to achieve the required dimensions and surface finishes. Precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and other inspection tools are integral to this role. Handling stainless‑steel tubing of various diameters, you will ensure accuracy and consistency throughout production. Monitoring equipment performance and identifying issues such as wheel wear, alignment problems, or material inconsistencies will be key tasks. You will maintain accurate production records, including measurements, batch information, and quality checks.
