• Follow process flow sheets and SOPs to ensure consistent and accurate production tracking.
• Monitor machine parameters and take corrective action to minimize defects or downtime.

Machine Maintenance

• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
• Escalate complex machine breakdowns to maintenance or engineering teams.

Quality Control

• Record production data, yield performance, and report abnormalities.
• Ensure all work meets C-100 cleanroom and ISO standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate production records, maintenance logs, and defect reports.
• Ensure traceability and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Support engineers with feedback and data for process improvement.
