**Job Description**

As a Manufacturing Associate manufactures precision metal etched components using a photo-chemical etching process. This role performs multiple production steps, including metal cutting, cleaning, resist coating, developing, etching, and stripping, while working closely with production leads, manufacturing engineers, and production leadership to ensure products meet quality specifications and move efficiently through the manufacturing workflow.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean metal using dip or conveyor processes to prepare materials for subsequent production steps.
+ Operate and support activities in stripping areas as part of the photo-chemical etching process.
+ Cut and bake metal as required, and perform resist touch-up to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications.
