**Overnight Production Worker**

**Job Description**

We are currently hiring a production technician to assist in the development, scale-up, and production of powders and other security-based products. We seek a candidate with a great attitude, the ability to learn new processes, and a team player mentality. The work will consist of operational assignments and procedures for powder and tag production under general supervision and guidance. Some shift work is required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate, maintain, clean, and troubleshoot proprietary production equipment.
+ Mix materials, formulate recipes, produce powders, and perform thermal post-processing for various powders.
+ Conduct wet chemistry-based synthesis of unique taggant materials.
+ Maintain consistent quality for long-run material campaigns.
+ Exhibit flexibility to shift between high-volume manufacturing and one-off R&D sample generation.
