Production Technician – Now Hiring | Boise, ID

Atlas Staffing is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to join a fast-paced coating operation. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and want to grow your skills in a stable industry, this is a great opportunity.


Location: Boise, ID


Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 5:30am – 3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm

    • Pay:

  • Day Shift: $20.00/hour
  • Swing Shift: $20.00/hour + 10% shift differential



    • What You’ll Do

  • Operate and maintain spray guns and coating equipment
  • Prep parts and ensure they are ready for coating
  • Clean booths between product runs to prevent contamination
  • Apply coatings to meet precise industry and customer standards
  • Monitor ovens and ensure proper curing times
