- Plan tool, Capacity, MC, Stock smoothly and proficiently to avoid problem.
- Manage and control production process to to achieve production plan with SQCD to follow company standard.
- Stock for molding part / Relowisa / Kanban / Q'ty part in SAP system.
- Monitor daily production performance based on the defined KPI (OEE, productivity, IDC, .) and react target deviation in collaboration with team and escalate to superior if necessary.
- Ensure production data record (hourly output, loss time) and booking to SAP system.
- Control the document using in the shopfloor and support industry 4.0's activity related to operation.
- Request work-on to ensure daily consumable goods, tool and equipment.
- Follow up the policy deployment and continuous improvement by attend and motivate all subordinate join all activity.
- Confirm 4M change and keep the latest production documents.
