• Ensure the timely delivery of all assemble products in specified quality and cost effective process.
• Recruit, lead, coach and oversee all employees in Cleanroom Assembly
• Ensure adequate training and qualification of employee in production and assembly to build professional production team according to skill matrix plan.
• Ensure optimal and efficient staff allocation and time management at production orders and material storage processes.
• Ensure the continuous improvement and 5S at work environment to improve the productivity and maintain safety of work.
