Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on and driven Production Supervisor to lead our night shift manufacturing operations in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving production performance, leading shopfloor teams, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
