The Production Leader‑Supervisor (National Mobility Program) is a leadership role designed to build a pipeline of qualified production leaders to support Wonderbrands manufacturing facilities outside Ontario.

Reporting to the Shift Leader and Operations Leader, the Leader‑Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership on the production floor, ensures production schedules are met safely and efficiently, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.
