The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient plant operations, supervise production teams, maintain housekeeping standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• Previous supervisory experience in a production, manufacturing, or plant environment
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
