Position Summary

Infinite Electronics is seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations at our Lewisville facility. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and oversee a growing team of approximately 25 to 30 production employees in support of increasing business demand, expansion into new markets, and the transition of additional assembly capacity from other sites into Lewisville.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for driving day-to-day production operations such as safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while ensuring production schedules are achieved, and customer expectations are met.
