The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading small work teams in a fastpaced, highvolume, unionized manufacturing environment. The supervisor ensures daily performance targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met while fostering a highperformance, safetyfocused culture. This role requires strong coordination with crossfunctional teams and consistent application of work rules. Initial training may occur on day shift, with placement likely on 2nd or 3rd shift. Candidates must be open to any shift, including weekends, to meet overtime and production needs.
