The Production Supervisor provides leadership and direction to production associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role is responsible for executing production action plans, resolving systemic issues through corrective actions, and supporting day-to-day line operations to meet quality, service, and cost objectives.

The Supervisor plays a key role in fostering a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture on the production floor by coaching employees, facilitating CI tool use, and promoting standard processes. Through strong leadership and team-based problem-solving, the Supervisor works to enhance line stability, reliability, and associate capability while driving results through disciplined execution.
