Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Optimize manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff.
Allocate work assignments and monitor employee performance.
Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for production employees.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
Quality Control
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor production defects, wastage, and rework levels.
