Position Summary The Production Supervisor directs production activities by supervising production supervisors and coordinating the manufacturing of products to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives in partnership with the Operations Manager. Responsibilities Plan and direct short‐term production functions (shift, day, and weekly) to meet schedule, quality, and cost goals. Analyze production requirements and problems to implement corrective action for manpower scheduling, equipment needs, and technical issues.
