**Primary Function:**
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible to directly supervise employees in the Production Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Also, it is his/her responsibility to maintain a safe work environment free of any harassment, discrimination, and high on ethical/quality standards and following and modeling the Leadership Attributes as established by Eaton policies & procedures.
