Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities for DCN and VCO lines
• Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate manpower assignments and shift schedules
• Implement production plans and troubleshoot operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP protocols
• Prepare and submit production reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Background in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in coconut processing or food manufacturing preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of production metrics, HACCP, and GMP standards
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
