PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Production Operations & Customer Service
  • To provide leadership for the site Team and Line Leaders
  • Follow the Operational Strategy
  • Ensure compliance to Company and Legal requirements of H&S and Quality
  • Liaise with other key department managers in logistics-based operations, to ensure co-pack operations are run efficiently
  • Effectively manage client expectations to deliver a reliable co-pack service.
  • Ensure production process efficiency targets are communicated and met
  • Attend customer review meetings when required
  • Ensure that labour efficiency targets are met
  • Fully utilise systems available to drive Continuous Improvement in all areas of the operation
