Build strong relationships with production and maintenance teams while enhancing workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train staff on Health and Feed Safety regulations
• Assist in hiring, training, and staff scheduling
• Schedule production runs and monitor performance
• Collaborate with management on quality service initiatives
• Monitor raw ingredient inventory and coordinate with Dispatch
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Flexible availability for on-call evenings and weekends
