**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic **Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)** who brings a passion for leading people and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays. Must be able to flex schedule to provide coverage when needed on first shift and to attend leadership-required meetings and trainings.
