**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate plant operations in a quarry environment, ensuring safe and efficient production of aggregates materials to meet targets
+ Monitor and optimize performance of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment; partner with maintenance to address breakdowns and minimize downtime
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, material quality, and cost efficiency across plant operations
+ Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shift reports; ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and company standards
+ Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing safe work practices, conducting inspections, and leading by example
