Shift Production Supervisor

We are looking to add a second Shift Production Supervisor to supervise the daily tasks of employees and throughput. The shift is typically Monday through Friday (2:30 pm—11:30 pm). This is a salaried position. Some off-shift and weekend work will be expected to meet demand.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Use 6S to maintain a clean and well-organized work area with only current materials in the production area.
• Monitor top 100 backorder parts and ensure they are packaged in a timely manner.
• Supervise all consigned packaging activities.
• Communicates daily expectations to personnel. Coach and train employees to achieve KPIs and create a positive work environment.
