Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift with Siemens Energy Blades & Vanes division will oversee
manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production
while managing the production team for the 2nd Shift (2-10 PM EST). This role includes supervising employees,
scheduling, line balancing, and monitoring quality, efficiency, and compliance
with Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Acting as the primary
contact for production issues, the supervisor fosters teamwork and drives
process improvements. Strong leadership skills are essential for success in
this role.
