- The Production Superintendent is responsible for a Production area on site; to ensure that production lines in charge within the facility achieves at all time the level of safety, quality, customer service and cost.
- This role requires knowledge and experience of production, team leadership, quality assurance, EHS management and continuous improvement tools, ensuring all appropriate resources are focused on the delivery of the plant's strategic and tactical goals.
This position will have Supervisors from 1st and 2nd shift reporting into them.
