Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to coordinate all technical coaching. Oversee the technical requirements for all Card Production Operators. Assist in the development in compliance expectations for each position to perform the card production operations – media pour, tape, label, print, and package the Vitek 2 cards within the card production department. Create and update employee curricula. Organize employee requirement documentation files. Conduct Reagent Manufacturing tours. Facilitate computer education for the department. Perform direct labor as needed.
Primary Duties

+ Coordination and execution of operator training for new and modified procedures and drawings.

+ Train consistency across all shifts for following Standard Operating Procedures and filling out the correct paperwork.
