Based at our global headquarters in Houston, TX, the Production Shift Supervisorleads and supports a team of employees to ensure efficient and productive operations. This role focuses on maintaining a safe working environment by overseeing the proper use of equipment and scheduling necessary maintenance. The supervisor is responsible for verifying that production output meets established specifications and standards. Additionally, this position requires preparing and presenting performance and progress reports to management to drive continuous improvement.
