Job Description

Responsibilities


 
  • Efficiently schedule production to ensure work is progressed and completed in a timely manner to meet plant commitments and standards
  • Collaborate with estimating and sales teams to support project costing and pricing strategies 
  • Monitor and report on progress, productivity and cost on a regular basis
  • Utilize systems and technology to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows 
  • Manage inventory levels and workforce allocation to ensure availability of materials (steel, rebar, mesh, strand) and labor to meet production requirements 
  • Coordinate fabrication, galvanizing, and readiness of job site materials, connection components, and erection hardware 
  • Ensure production requirements for pipe plant reinforcing are met in accordance with work orders and deadlines 
  • Maintain compliance with CWB standards, including audits and certification requirements
