You will be the Production Program Manager for the Production Program Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing production resources, removing barriers, and maturing test equipment and processes for final assembly and test at Troy, AL.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Production Program Manager you will be responsible for driving program success across production and development.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead yield improvement activities and drive timely engineering releases.
+ Coordinate software/firmware production line integration plans.
+ Ensure program personnel are physically present in Troy as required and staff off‑shift/weekend operations.
+ Manage test equipment maturation and integrate updates into the production schedule.
+ Collaborate with supply chain to mitigate shortages and avoid production stoppages.
