Own the end-to-end engine production planning cycle for engine repair/overhaul (strip-inspect-build-test), ensuring on-time delivery (TAT), regulatory compliance, and efficient use of materials, tooling, and manpower. Translate approved work-scopes and OEM data into executable work-packs, manage daily WIP, and provide clear visibility to stakeholders across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Test Cell.

• Build and maintain engine-level production plans (daily/weekly) covering module routing, hold points, special processes, and test cell.
