Job Description

Responsibilities

/Accountabilities:
  • Analyzes, plans, and executes all supply‑planning activities to ensure on‑time delivery of production materials.

  • Develops and maintains substrates start plans aligned with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and operational priorities.

  • Evaluates capacity loading, identifies production bottlenecks, and drives appropriate actions to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Aligns production schedules with equipment availability, factory capabilities, and operational constraints to optimize throughput.

  • Monitors demand fluctuations and adjust supply plans proactively to mitigate risks of shortages, excess inventory, or delivery impacts.

  • Tracks the substrates starts, WIP status, and cycle‑time performance to ensure smooth production flow and operational visibility.
