Job Description:

To plan and optimise production processes to achieve world class levels of delivery performance and production efficiency.

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager.

Education and Experience:

• Matric/ Grade 12
• National Diploma / Degree: Production Planning / Operations / Production Management Experiential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within Production (preferably Automotive)
• Syspro use & understanding
• ERP / MRP training & courses
• Syspro experience preferred

Production planning:

• Plan, schedule and monitor production against the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all levels of production through to component level (including stock levels, minimum requirements, planned change overs, etc.)
• Measure performance and adjust production plan to suite breakdowns, un-forecast sales etc.
