**Job Title: Production Operator - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a full-time Production Operator on the 1st shift. You will play a crucial role in our production process by testing, inspecting, assembling, operating machinery, and packaging products. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the flexibility to sit or stand during your 10-hour shift, though standing is required at times.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work 1st shift hours from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday.
+ Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
+ Engage in light industrial/general assembly work, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.
+ Meet assembly metrics by efficiently putting one hose into another by hand.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.
+ Experience in production and packaging.
+ Capability to perform general labor tasks.
