You will be an LTIAMD Transformation / Go Fast Capacity Lead, responsible for collaborating with a team of production professionals and managing a suite of complex production, development, proposal, and capacity planning activities. **What You Will Be Doing**
As an LTIAMD Transformation / Go Fast Capacity Lead, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the PAC-3 Go Fast Production team, clearing production constraints, and ensuring time-phased tech insertion to aid manufacturing site capacity increases. You will also be responsible for supporting the LTIAMD Production Operations team with ongoing strategic efforts to holistically enable product affordability, throughput, and span improvements across the line of business.
