Description

Responsible for overseeing all operations for Vacuum Heat Treat, Airfoil Braze, and Shipping & Receiving Departments. Communicate and work with other departments across all shifts to ensure that customers’ expectations are met. Ensure that Productivity, Quality, Safety, and Delivery requirements are achieved within the responsible departments. Provide effective leadership and vision for these departments and their respective leaders.



Key Responsibilities:




+ Work with Shift Managers and department Supervisors to ensure that labor is coordinated effectively maximizing productivity.

+ Monitor and evaluate turnaround with appropriate production personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
