The Production Manager is responsible for leading and managing all day-to-day manufacturing operations across the production facility, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, to the required quality standards, and in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
The role is accountable for driving operational performance, improving productivity, developing manufacturing teams, and embedding a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within a fast-paced high-reliability manufacturing environment.
