Job Description

Production Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Initiate cross-functional teamwork for solutions to equipment issues or manpower misallocation.
  • Lead productive projects to save cost, avoid non-conformity and minimize labour inefficiency.
  • Improve manpower management to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Be a trusted and respectful team leader with strong organizational and managerial skills.

    • Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in  Electrical and Electronics .
  • Minimum  4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Production Management and cleanroom protocol with Proficiency in  Tableau and Python Programming  will be keys to success.
  • Proven leadership in managing a team of  to operators, technicians, and supervisors with mature thinking process.
