The Production Manager has a key role in our TM/Production chain leading and managing the Mechanical Fabrication, Electronics Assembly, PU Fabrication, Assembly and Testing and Supply Chain teams with the objectives of improving quality, cost and delivery performance.
We will only consider candidates with international exposure. 
The job location is in Sharjah, UAE.
Main duties and responsibilities: 

Manage TM/Production Department and all the support staff in Logistics Centers within the LIN SCAN territories. Ensure the proper distribution and delegation of duties up-down within the department. Execute performance evaluation for the departmental personnel.
