Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Manager 生产经理（喷涂）located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.

What a typical day looks like:

1.训练和指导团队的领导力的提升。

Train and guide the improvement of team leadership

2.严格执行安全生产规章制度，组织安全培训和演练，排查安全隐患，确保车间生产安全，防止安全事故发生。

Strictly implement safety production regulations, organize the investigation of safety hazards, ensure workshop production safety, and prevent safety accidents from occurring.

3.严格执行质量标准和工艺流程，监督喷粉前处理、喷涂、固化等各环节的操作规范，确保产品质量符合要求。

Strictly implement quality standards and process flow, supervise the operation specifications of pre-treatment, spraying, curing and other links before powder coating, and ensure that product quality meets requirements

4.组织开展质量检验工作，分析不合格品原因，制定改进措施并跟踪落实，降低不良率。确保部门管理人员遵守环境健康安全规章制度和要求，推动环境健康安全的持续改进。
