Job Description

What you do

Operational excellence

  • Translate plant objectives into clear daily priorities
  • Improve OEE & output through structured analysis of downtime and recurring stops
  • Drive efficiency and cost awareness (including cost per pick)
  • Strengthen performance follow-up via KPIs and visual management

    • Team coaching & leadership

  • Direct leadership of the day shift (10 FTE’s) , including maintenance, cleaning and warehouse functions
  • Coach shiftleaders in ownership, structure and problem solving
  • Support operator development and training
  • Create clarity in roles, expectations and accountability
  • Build a performance culture based on facts and follow-up

    • Process & structure improvement

  • Improve production planning flow in collaboration with supply chain team
